Refund Policy

Please read the below policy to understand our Refund Policy,
how it works, and how you can request a full or partial refund.

We do our best to balance offering a friendly Refund Policy while also preventing abuse of it. Please read the following policy and if you have any questions, please contact our user support team at help@skillscratch.com

For unplayed cards:

If you have cards that you have purchased but not played (as in they show up as 'Unplayed Cards' from your homepage), we offer no questions asked refunds for fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Just email our team at help@skillscratch.com and specify which card types and how many of each you'd like to refund. We'll issue a refund directly to your original payment method, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

For played cards:

If you have already played a card, refunds are only offered in select circumstances to prevent widespread abuse. Please contact our support team at help@skillscratch.com and describe your issue. Refunds on played cards are issued on a case by case basis and at our sole discretion.

Please note that nothing in this policy shall limit or exclude the right to a refund in cases where applicable laws or regulations require such a refund.
